Dealers Room


The AOD 2015 Dealers Room is an excellent place to sell toys, DVDs, CDs, manga, costumes, plushies, dolls, clothing, artwork, posters, and more, to a targeted group of anime, cartoon, and video game fans. We are back in the same room for the same hours as last season. We're looking forward to another wonderful experience in the world of anime collectibles.

How do I get in?

Because of the size of the room, most of the spaces in the room have been allocated already.
However, we do have some spaces remaining!

Because we want to make sure we have the best room possible, if you are interested in a space at AOD, we now have an application system.
If you are selling things that are different from out current exhibitors list (for instance, if you're selling video games), we really want to hear from you!

Dealer Pricing

Booth pricing is $249 per booth.
The booths themselves are 8 feet by 8 feet, and includes one table, table linens, and two chairs.
Each booth comes with four exhibitor badges.

Location and Hours

We are returning to the beautiful Hyatt Regency Hotel at the San Francisco Airport.
The Dealers Room is located in the Grand Peninsula Ballroom ABCD on the main floor of the hotel.
The Dealers Room will be open to the public on both days of the convention.

What can I sell? What can't I sell?

Generally, exhibits can sell or promote anything they wish. That's the fun nature of the room.
However, we do have a few things that we'll mention in advance:

  • No food or drink sales (this includes special or branded candy)
  • No weapon sales (theatrical props/replicas OK with permission)
  • No counterfeit merchandise
  • No bootleg/unlicensed merchandise (fan art is OK)
