Did AOD move again? What room/hotel is the Dealers Room?

AOD is in a new venue: we are in the Santa Clara Marriott for 2017. This means we have new layouts, new rooms, new setup instructions, and all that. We will try to communicate everything as best as we can.

The Dealers Room shares the same room as the Artist Alley. This means you'll have a lot of traffic for people looking for things to buy.

How much space is left?

Currently, it is moderately full.

Nearly every dealer from 2015 has elected to renew for 2016. This means that most of the spaces in the room are already spoken for.
That said, we are working on revising the layout for the new venue to get as many booth spaces available as possible.

What's the price?

Booths are $399. These are 10x10 booths, and include four exhibitor badges.

What can I sell? What can't I sell?

Generally, exhibits can sell or promote anything they wish. That's the fun nature of the room.
However, we do have a few things that we'll mention in advance:

  • No food or drink sales (this includes special or branded candy)
  • No weapon sales (theatrical props/replicas OK with permission)
  • No counterfeit merchandise
  • No bootleg/unlicensed merchandise
  • No fan art of licensed characters (original characters are OK)

A more complete listing is available as part of the final Exhibitor contact.
If you have questions, please get in touch with us.

How do I get in?

For 2017, we are again stressing variety; we are mostly looking for exhibitors selling things that are different from our current exhibitors list (for instance, if you're selling video games).
If you're selling interesting things that will appeal to our audience, we really want to hear from you!

However, at this time, we are full. Please look for our new site in 2018.
