San Francisco Airport
AOD 2015 will be at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport! The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport is conveniently located to the City, Peninsula, and Silicon Valley, has ample parking, and offers a far larger venue for AOD events. For those taking public transportation, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service between the SFO BART station and the hotel (more detailed information below).
We are pleased to offer a discounted rate for AOD 2015 attendees of $119. This is for up to four people in each room.
Here is the online link to book hotel rooms:
To reserve by telephone, you can call the hotel (650-347-1234), ask for reservations and tell them you are with "AOD 2015".
There are only a limited number of discounted rooms remaining, and the price will automatically go up once we have sold our allotment, even if it's before the official deadline of January 15. So book now to guarantee that you'll get the lowest rate!
There is ample parking at the hotel, including several lots and a parking garage. Standard parking costs are $4 for the first hour, and $2 per hour after, with a maximum of $24 per day. However, with AOD Parking Validation you can reduce the rate to $12 per day. Validation is available at the Registration desk at the convention. Please note that we can only validate one parking spot per badge (per day).
A free hotel shuttle runs between the SFO Airport BART station and the Hyatt every 10-15 minutes between 4:45am to midnight and every 30 minutes between midnight to 4:45am. The bus picks up at SFO's center island/Departures Level in the hotel shuttle area (right across from the SFO BART main exit), and is marked as "Hyatt Regency and Marriott."
